To register your camper with Camp Shiloh please print out, complete, and mail the forms below to:

If registering multiple campers, please complete one registration form per camper.
PLEASE NOTE: All PayPal payments should be sent to Gordon4Art@Gmail.com. Receipts will be available upon request and please include your name in your PayPal payment notes.
CAMPER RATES:
$385 per camper, per week – covers all costs including food, day trips and admittance to Santa’s Village (water park)
A non-refundable deposit of $100 per camper, per week – this deposit must accompany each registration. The remaining balance of $250 per camper, per week is due upon arrival.
